I first fell in love with the apartment because of the
number of windows, the amount of light in the apartment,
the modern look, and its proximity to both Papineau and
Frontenac metros.
When I first moved in, the area was less developed. Now
there are lots of things in the neighborhood to enjoy
within walking distance:
A small park nearby with ping-pong tables, and basketball
and volleyball courts.
Trois Paniers, a grocery store which allows you to select
one of three price options depending on your budget.
Canard cafe, a quiet and cool place to work.
Frontenac library, with frequent cultural events.
Three options for nearby grocery stores: Super C, Metro
Plus, and IGA.
The condo is also easy to access with a car to
Jacques-Cartier Bridge and the highway. There's a
tree-lined bike path nearby too, for your daily jogs.
My favorite aspect of apartment: quiet building, courtyard
below to safely secure bike, good weekly cleaning of
communal area, air conditioning.
