During the lease:

activity will be considered a repudiation of the lease.
12. The tenant will be responsible for paying any penalties
due to non-compliance with the regulations and the

13. The tenant will also be responsible for paying any fees
due to the loss of keys or magnetic keys.
14. The tenant is not permitted to sublet or transfer the
lease without the landlord's written consent.
End of Lease:
15. At the end of the lease term, the unit must be returned
in the same condition as at the start of the lease,
including all unit inclusions and the unit's overall
condition.
16. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the
tenant MUST accommodate ALL showing requests from all
prospective tenants, for which 24 to 48 hours' notice will
be given. The same applies to showings from prospective
